Anima is our online consultation platform.

In order to use Anima, you will need an NHS Login or to have registered with their service. If you choose to register with your e-mail address rather than your NHS Login, you will need to confirm your account by clicking a link sent to you from Anima. This e-mail sometimes ends up in your ‘junk’ inbox so please make sure to check there if you can’t find it.

If you have a healthcare concern or need to contact our practice for any medical reason, click on the Anima button below, and follow the instructions. Fill out the online form, which asks multiple-choice questions, similar to those a clinician would ask during an appointment. Anima requests are then reviewed and processed deciding on the right care for you.

We aim to respond to every Anima request by the end of the next working day. Please be aware that Anima is only open from 7.00am – 2.00pm between Monday and Thursday, then 7.00am – 12.00pm on Fridays.
