At Wellway, Brockwell and Lintonville we value patient feedback. By telling us about your experience, you let us know where we’re doing well and also where we can improve. You can provide us feedback by speaking to our reception team in person, using our contact form or writing to the practice management.

How likely are you to recommend our GP practice to friends and family if they need similar treatment?

From 1 December 2014, all GP practices are required under the terms of their NHS contract to ask patients for feedback on the service they received after each interaction with the Practice. This might be after a telephone consultation or a face-to-face appointment at home or in the surgery.
